In an instant, Diluc's heart leaps into his throat, a fussy heat igniting beneath his collar that he wishes he could shove right back down in that corner of his heart that is fit to burst with unaddressed fondness. So, this is how drunk he is. Drunk enough to unknowingly toy with Diluc's heart even more than he does on a daily basis.
