[ kaeya sits forward. so far, so good. ]

'Course I can..

[ pocketing his phone, kaeya pushes himself up and out of the chair.. and immediately stumbles, though to his credit, he doesn't fall. he instead catches himself on the nearby wall, and.. slides down it, a little. ]

Oops.. heh. S'fine.

[ hoo boy, it's been awhile since he's been quite so smashed, but it feels nice, his head is full of cotton and his body feels warm and heavy. with one hand against the wall, he straightens up again, attempting some semblance of dignity. it's not really working. ]

[ ...It's about when Kaeya staggers against the wall that Albedo realizes what a terrible idea it was to answer that message.

Still, he's not heartless. He won't abandon the other man now that he's here, and he meant what he said before. Klee admires the Captain, his stories and laughter keep her entertained for hours, and while Albedo may not know him well, they are still coworkers. This may be above and beyond professional courtesy, but he wants to help. Kaeya has always been nice and friendly enough towards him.

And that's really all he asks for from his social connections, nothing more, nothing less. ]

[ Kaeya is quite a bit taller than he is, but Albedo is no slouch, and stronger than his slender frame would suggest. One doesn't survive Dragonspine without a little bit of martial strength.

Reaching for Kaeya's arm, Albedo tugs it around his shoulders, straightening himself so he might better support the other man's weight. ]
